We always had issues because the hoists in our plant would start abruptly. Ever since we started using STAHL chain hoists with a smooth start and stop, and the spare parts service from Zentratec, our production has become more efficient.
In our plant, the hoist used for dismantling the pumps operates very infrequently throughout the year. The environment is extremely humid, and the hoists we had would experience brake seizure and motor burnouts. Since we discovered Zentratec and STAHL, we have resolved this issue.
Our 1976 STAHL hoist has been operating outdoors under a roof without any issues, but regulations now require us to replace it. It's a wire rope hoist with a double drum and extended lifting range. Zentratec supported us in finding the perfect solution. We are very grateful.
